HOW DO I PAY?

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT HAS FAILED?
There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Reach out to our Customer Service Team via email: [email protected] with subject ‘Fail Payment’ and provide your details and/or screenshot of trouble (if can)
ORDER CANCELLATION OR OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER

Orders placed after 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via our contact page. We will respond within 24 hours.

Please do not open a dispute before trying to contact us.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER?

An order confirmation number is only generated for online orders – once you’ve successfully placed your order online, you will receive an email containing the details of your order.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order marked “Complete”, we will send you confirm email with your tracking number and with link, where you can track your package.
Otherwise, you can also go to Order Tracking page to track your package.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

Please contact us if your order does not arrive as expected. The item might lost on the shipping way. We will reship new package for free.

HOW DO I CAN CHANGE MY ORDER OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

When we received your payment, we will deal with your order within 3 days. So if you real want to change it or cancel it, we hope you can tell us within 3 days. Because if we ship it out , it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.

HOW DO I CAN RETURN THE ITEMS TO YOUR COMPANY?

If the product’s quality is not a problem, we can’t to accept the return it. If there’s a few problems of goods (for example, the stain or the line did not cut off clearly), we hope you can wash it or clean it, Then we will give our guest appropriate compensation. If the size is small for you , or when you received your jersey, you find you don’t like it and so on, these problem we don’t accept. So hope you can understand us.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 10 business days ( exclude processing time 1-3 days ). The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, and special-order.
